T & P TERMINAL BUILDING
Renaissance Development/Wood Partners has reopened the historic 1931 T & P
Terminal building on Lancaster Avenue. The adaptive re-use development has
delivered 136 high-rise condominium units in the historic tower and 96 low-rise
condo units in a new building.

THE TOWER
Through a public-private partnership, the tornado damaged Bank One Tower
has been transformed into a high-rise residential project offering 294 units.
