New Downtown Design Standards Draft

The City of Fort Worth has posted a new draft of proposed Downtown Urban Design District standards updates on their website. DFWI has been working with the City to make the standards more clear, respond to requests for clarification from the Downtown Design Review Board and address issues that have repeatedly arisen that are not addressed in the current standards. Property owners, design and real estate professionals are encouraged to read this draft and comment.
