Entertainment

You’ll find plenty of choices for entertainment in Downtown Fort Worth, including live music, night clubs, comedy, live theater and movies.

Bass Performance Hall, one of the finest performing arts venues in the world offers an eclectic mix: touring Broadway shows, concerts by top artists, the Cliburn Concert Series and performances by the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Fort Worth Opera and Texas Ballet Theater. Every four years, Bass Performance Hall is the focus of the musical world when it hosts the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition.

If you love museums, don’t miss the Sid Richardson Museum, which displays one of the finest and most focused collections of Western art in America, and Fire Station No. 1, an exhibit that tells the story of Fort Worth’s history.  For more history and a little exercise, Fort Worth's Heritage Trails marker walk brings the history of your surroundings alive!  Stop by the CVB Visitor's Center at 415 Throckmorton St. or your hotel lobby for a Heritage Trails map.
