| In order to provide the most up-to-date information about Downtown, DFWI operates an in-house research effort. Research Director Dr. Nasser Haghighat tracks and reports local and national trends, including residential growth, property values, convention and tourism information, retail sales and other important downtown economic indicators. Much of this information is compiled in DFWI’s State of Downtown, Dashboard and Residential Focus publications.
