Downtown Fort Worth Ambassador Program 

In recent years, Downtown’s office, hotel, residential, dining, shopper and entertainment user populations have increased impressively. At the same time, on-street behaviors have become an issue. Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and the Public Improvement District Board are proposing a program that will address these two contrasting occurrences.

Borrowing from the experience of cities across the country, the PID Board proposes a new “ambassador” program. This team of trained individuals will provide supplemental observe, report and deter safety services and fulfill customer care functions throughout Downtown.  

As Downtown Fort Worth grows, ensuring that our many guests and Downtown users are comfortable is a high priority and a key to ensuring our premier position in the market.
