The much anticipated 61 Osteria is now open! This new Italian restaurant is downtown facing Burnett Park. Chef Blaine Staniford, also of Grace and Little Red Wasp, has created a diverse and pristine menu of Italian cuisine. The design of the restaurant pays homage to the site in the 1961 vintage First on 7th tower.
