Fort Worth Climb For A Calling A Stair Climb Honoring First Responders And Veterans 123423

Reposted from Culture Map Dallas

Fort Worth’s first ever first responders stair climb, Climb for a Calling, is a tribute honoring the sacrifices of fallen heroes, both near and far. Fulfilling a promise to never forget their brothers and sisters who have died in the line of duty, participants will climb honoring the fallen.

This unique stair climb will be no easy feat. At 40 stories high and 567 feet tall, Burnett Plaza is the tallest building in Fort Worth. The climb consists of two 40 story laps for civilians and two and a half laps (110 stories) for the First Responders Challenge. Climbers will be timed and issued time in laps. Medical teams and water stations will be staged throughout the climb to ensure a safe experience for all.

Spectators are welcome to the event as well, as Burnett Park will be transformed into a carnival atmosphere including food trucks, live music, vendors, clowns and more.
