The State of Downtown is a yearly publication that offers in depth analysis of downtown performance in economic, social and education segments.

Annual Report
The annual report is a comprehensive report on Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. and Downtown Fort Worth Initiatives, Inc. activities and accomplishments throughout the preceding year. This document includes a message from the Chairman, a downtown market review, project updates from each department as well as a financial summary and listing of board members, volunteers and committee members.
Strategic Action Plan
Careful planning contributes to Downtown’s quality of life and economic vitality. The Strategic Action Plan – funded by Downtown Fort Worth, Inc., The T and the City of Fort Worth – guides center city growth and development. The plan helps ensure that Downtown reflects Fort Worth’s unique culture, warmth, character and values. The Downtown Plan update includes action agenda items in the areas of transportation (public and private), parking, land use, urban design, housing, residential, parks/ open space, retail, entertainment, visual and performing arts, visitor/tourism support, hospitality, office and business development. Mid-Term Strategic Action Plan Update
The mid-term strategic action plan is a progress report prepared and distributed five-years into the ten-year cycle of the Strategic Action Plan (SAP). The report details the original SAP recommendations and describes the progress that has been made to date. Download File
Fort Worth Playbook
The Fort Worth Playbook is a compilation of information designed especially for meeting planners and corporate event specialists during the Super Week and Super Bowl XLV period in 2011. From venues and hotels to transportation and attractions, The Playbook gives a wealth of information and demonstrates what a unique and spectacular city Fort Worth is. Public Art Plan
The Public Art Plan is designed to promote the maintenance and improvement of existing public art and enhance the Downtown environment by adding art in public places. Download File

The Downtown Parks and Open Space Plan recommends improvements to existing parks and new green spaces in the heart of the city. Downtown residents rate parks as highly desired amenities, and the plan outlines strategies for making Downtown more livable through improved park offerings. Download File
