The Fort Worth Convention Center hosts events year round including sports, musical performances, trade shows and conventions, and other top-flight entertainment.

The convention center spans 14 downtown blocks on the south end of downtown, and is located within walking distance of downtown hotels, restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. A $75 million renovation and expansion was completed in 2003, making this facility one of the finest of its kind in the nation. It has a total of 252,226 square feet of exhibit space and 41 meeting rooms totaling 58,849 square feet (ranging from 483 - 6,670). It's also the home of a magnificent 28,160 square foot ballroom and an events plaza that is 55,000 square feet and connects the Fort Worth Water Gardens to the convention center. There's a multi-functional arena with seating for 13,500 and high-tech business and communications facilities.
