MAIN ST. Fort Worth Arts Festival returns April 20-23 and showcases a nationally recognized fine art and fine craft juried art fair, live concerts, performance artists and street performers. You’ll discover culinary arts of the finest eateries, all on historic Main Street, from the Tarrant County Courthouse to the Fort Worth Convention Center. Children will delight in the MAIN ST. Creates! section, offering face painting, sand art and lots of interactive activities.
The festival opens at 10 a.m. each day and closes at 10 p.m. Thursday, 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
“Music on Main” will feature hundreds of performers on four stages along the streets of downtown. To see a complete schedule of stage and street performances, go to http://mainstreetartsfest.org/experience-main-st./music-on-main.
All food and beverage service is by coupons. You may purchase the coupons online or at coupon booths located throughout the festival. The booths accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Coupons are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, MAIN ST. is not pet friendly. Pets are often intimidated by crowds and can react unpredictably. For the comfort and safety of all patrons, people with pets will be asked to leave the event area, which is enforced through city ordinance. All service dogs are welcome.
Celebrating its 32nd year, MAIN ST. has grown into the largest, nationally ranked arts festival in the country. Attendance is free. Please note: Artist booths close at 8 p.m. Thursday – Saturday and 6 p.m. on Sunday.
