Join Downtown Fort Worth Inc. (DFWI) for its 37th annual meeting on April 9. Former Denver Mayor and Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, a pioneering downtown business leader, will share his perspective on the value of downtowns and the broader urban renaissance.

The annual meeting will be at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, 1300 Houston St. Registration is at 11:30 a.m., and the program and luncheon begin at noon. Individual tickets will be available for purchase beginning Feb. 4.

DFWI’s annual meeting is a gathering of leading downtown business leaders, government officials, regional professions and advocates who are involved in the successful development of downtown Fort Worth. “Stronger Connections” is this year’s theme.

Hickenlooper’s insight, borne of his businesses in downtowns across the country, and his history of distinguished public service will shed a unique light on how the American downtown is changing.
