Welcome to paella party – a communal dish from Spain, Valencia; often shared at family gatherings . In this technique class, you will learn how to make the classic Spanish rice dish paella at home. We will be making a traditional paella valenciana with chicken and fresh vegetables. Paired with Spanish Tomato Salad (Ensalada de Tomate).
