Construction will be completed in two phases. To date, 5,000 out of 10,000 square feet of sidewalks have been replaced, 30 out of 45 curb ramp installations have been completed, 1,800 out of 4,000 square feet of concrete driveways and 1,000 out of 2,000 linear feet of curb and gutter have been removed and replaced.

Overall, the contractor is approximately 50 percent complete with the concrete work and 18 percent
compete on 2019 Downtown Street Resurfacing project. The second phase of the project will include the removal and replacement of the top two inches of asphalt pavement and installing new pavement markings throughout the project area.
