ArtFlow is the yoga initiative from Artspace111, located near downtown Fort Worth in a historic 1911 building and Contemporary Art Gallery. Classes are taught every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am-11 am by a 500 hour registered yoga instructor. Each class is just $20 or you may purchase 10 classes at 10% off! Yoga is for everyone of all ages and skill levels. Bring your own mat, and masks are required until the class begins. Classes are currently taking place socially distanced in the largest gallery but will take place outside in the sculpture garden as the weather gets warmer.
