Wheels for Wellness’ mission is to save men’s lives through awareness of prostate cancer, early detection with PSA screenings, resources for patient care support, and research for a cure.
Schedule of Events
6:00 AM – Exhibitor's Gate Opens
- Booth setup begins.
- Enter at 7th Street & Throckmorton Street.
- Booth setup must be completed by 7:15 AM.
7:30 AM – Pre-Registered Vehicles Gate Opens
- Enter from the north, traveling south on Commerce Street.
- Access via East 9th Street & Commerce Street.
8:30 AM – Day-of-Event Registration Gate Opens
- Enter from the south at 9th Street & Houston Street.
10:00 AM – Show Opens
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Prostate Cancer Screenings
- Located on 6th Street between Houston Street and Main Street.
2:30 PM – Awards Ceremony
- Located at the corner of 6th Street & Main Street.
3:00 PM – Show Closes
