For $156++, this unforgettable culinary experience pairs Monte Xanic’s renowned wines with bold, flavorful dishes, including ceviche, empanadas, churrasco, and pork belly. Each course is thoughtfully crafted to highlight the complexity and nuance of the wines, while the evening culminates with signature cocktails paired with Tres Leches cake.
