The Huntley consists of approximately 296 units in a five-story wrap style community and will be StoneHawk’s third project in Fort Worth. Fifty-one percent of the project will be composed of affordable units available to those earning less than 80% AMI. As a result of this affordable component and a partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS), the project will receive a 100% property tax exemption. The Huntley will have first-class community amenities including: a resort-style pool, large outdoor kitchen and lounge area, state-of-the-art fitness center, rooftop lounge, golf simulator, business center, conference room, Wi-Fi lounge, dog park, dog wash, automated package room, security cameras, and controlled access gates. The high-end amenities continue into the units with stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, tile backsplashes, under cabinet lighting, and walk-in closets with built-in shelving. The Huntley is scheduled to begin leasing in Summer 2022.
