Another full city block has hit the market in downtown Fort Worth, in an area that's seeing a wave of development activity.

Citadel Partners is listing a full city block, nearly an acre, at 801 and 811 Calhoun St.

The seller is Georgian Holdings LLC, which is tied to Austin-based Saigebrook Development, according to deed records. Saigebrooke specializes in affordable housing developments. The land is across the street from the Binyon-O'Keefe building at 210 E. 7th St. and 811 Calhoun St., which is being converted to a $26 million, 100-unit senior housing development by O-SDA Industries LLC.

The land has flexible zoning with no height restrictions, which could make it suited for high-density residential, hospitality, office or mixed-use development, according to Citadel Partners. The block is where much of downtown's development activity is occurring.
