Flying Saucer's Annual Barleywine and Swine February 22

Fort Worth’s original beer emporium Flying Saucer hosts the annual Barleywine and Swine extravaganza on Saturday, February 22 from 11am - 2am. Barleywine is one of the strongest ale styles typically release once a year during the autumn of winter. Alcohol by volume (abv.) ranges from 6% - 13%.

A special menu of American and English barleywines includes selections from Sierra Nevada, Alesmith and Peticolas as well as barrel-aged barleywines will be served all day until they are gone. Flights include 4, 4 ounce pours ($18). The over-the-top Swine Platter features pulled pork, pork wings, pork ribs, pork sausage, and more pork ($16).
