Step into the spotlight of The Cinematic West: The Art That Made the Movies, in this hands-on watercolor workshop inspired by the sweeping skies of Western art and film.
Local artist Brenda Ciardiello, celebrated for her luminous cloudscapes, will guide participants through the process of capturing atmosphere, light, and movement in watercolor painting. Just as painted backdrops and wide camera pans once set the stage for Hollywood’s most iconic Westerns, participants will create their own cinematic horizon—clouds rolling, skies glowing, stories unfolding.
All materials provided. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to experiment with brush, color, and imagination.
