Cousins Properties Affiliate Closes On Sale Of 777 Main Skyscraper

An affiliate of Atlanta-based Cousins Properties has closed its deal to buy one of Downtown's skyscrapers, which was part of a deal valued at $1.1 billion, reports Dallas Business Journal's Candace Carlisle. The article explains that 777 Main, the 40-story, 980,374-square-foot Class A skyscraper in Fort Worth -- was one of two properties acquired by the affiliate of Cousins Properties, which also purchased Greenway Plaza, a 4.4 million-square-foot Class A complex in Houston.
