Digital Bookmobile in Downtown

The Fort Worth Library is hosting OverDrive’s high-tech Digital Bookmobile on Tuesday, November 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Sundance Square (Main St. between 3rd and 4th). This event is a partnership between the Library, OverDrive, and Barnes & Noble, and will focus well-deserved attention on digital collections. The bookmobile staff will promote digital media and demonstrate how to download materials to various platforms – for example, iPads, eReaders, smart phones.
In addition to the bookmobile, employees will be on hand to take applications for library cards and talk about library services. A jazz quartet will perform from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
