Fabrication and Replacement for Replacement of Downtown Maps
You are invited to provide a bid for the fabrication, replacement and installation of 15 new kiosk panels (graphics will be provided) and installation. Specifications for the graphics and the signage is provided in the package.
The City of Fort Worth has 15 pedestrian kiosks with map inserts throughout downtown in Fort Worth, TX. 14 of the kiosks are stand-along and there is one larger panel near the Worthington Hotel that needs to be inserted behind a glass panel. The maps now need to be replaced. The map artwork has been updated. Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. is managing the map updates. The signs are owned by the City of Fort Worth.
Details are as follows:
- Quantity - 14, Size 21.75” x 27” map panels for new kiosks (each print has a unique “You Are Here” location)
- Quantity - 1, Size 30.5” x 52” replacement panel for an existing kiosk
- Exterior grade digital print with satin UV laminate mounted to 1/8” thick aluminum panel. Panels are recessed into sections of the kiosk cabinet. Panels are mounted with stainless steel tamper-resistant screws.

Your bid must specify that have you reviewed the all the files and include a cost breakdown with specifications.

- 1 new panel for existing kiosk on Main St and 2nd St

In addition, the bid should provide the length of time for fabrication and the length of time for installation and warranty for the signs.
The selected firm will need to provide insurance and list the City of Fort Worth and Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. as additional insured.
