Year over year sale of condominiums and townhomes in Downtown improved by 112.5% (YTD-June) in 2012. Average sales price improved by 36% to $357,798 for the same period.  One unit in the Omni sold for $4,500,000 in 2Q of 2012. This is an all time record for a residential sale in Downtown!
