The 120-room Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in downtown Fort Worth will open its doors on Friday, Oct. 13.
Located at 1010 Houston Street, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Downtown FW Fairfield Lodging, LLC and managed by Icon Lodging of Irving. The management team at the hotel is led by General Manager, Catherine Carroll and Director of Sales, Claire Maisel. Rates begin at $169 per night.
The hotel is built on the frame of the longtime Park Central Hotel next to the Flatiron Building on Houston Street.

Located on the south end of downtown Fort Worth near the Fort Worth Convention Center, the hotel is one of many soon to open in downtown. Over 1,000 new hotel rooms are expected to hit the downtown area in the next few years.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown offers executive suites and some rooms feature balconies.
Additional hotel amenities include a full-service bar offering lite fare, an exercise room, valet parking, an outdoor patio with a fire pit, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services.
