September 29, 2019 Downtown Fort Worth Texas, It’s the "31st. Annual Downtown Fort Worth "Western Heritage Museum Latin Fest". It's a One Day Event, and a "FREE” multicultural family Festival and Concert, There is No Admission Charge! This Outdoor Event is held in Beautiful Downtown Fort Worth, TX. Main Street at 9th, "Calle Nueve" in front of the north entrance of Fort Worth Convention Center. Event hours are 12 Noon till 10:00PM. The Main stage will feature Local and Statewide Musical Talent with Bands at all levels of their careers. This Event is Benefiting The National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum.

This Event will be filled with interactive booths, games, prizes, kids zone, and food unique to the culture. "This Event is not exclusive to Latin American community and we encourage all the public to attend". Your support of the 31st Annual event is very much appreciated. The FWPD estimated attendance from past events is expected to 5,000 to 7,500.

Concerning Sponsorship: Sponsorship packages are filled with Perks for the sponsors. Sponsor's Logo is included in all event advertising, size of logo depends on size of sponsorship. Please email for sponsorship info and call or text 817-710-9305 for an appointment. 

The Media Partners and Advertisers for this year's event include local and statewide Internet Radio Stations, Fort Worth Star Telegram "La Estrella", Fort Worth Nuestra Voz Hispanic News Paper, Social Media, Event Flyers, Posters, at sponsor locations, supporting businesses, and a face to face targeted marketing strategy, are all working to promote attendance. Yes, sponsors logos and Information will appear in all Media Advertisements.

Attention Exhibitors:  Booths are $125 per each 10' x 10' space, $225 for 10' x 20' space. Booths are for businesses, health, beauty products, gyms, clubs, kids' zone, organizations, and even political candidates! For on-site exhibitors / vendor information, self-promotion, samples, coupons, selling products and providing services to consumers (Non-Food), contact via email for event layout map and registration form.

Attention Food Vendors: only 2 food vendors can sell same types of food items. Choose from hundreds of types of foods, deserts and more! It's 1st paid, 1st food choice, 1st reserved location, until sold out. A 10'x10' Food Vendor Space is $275 and receives 3 food choices. A 10'x 20' food vendor space is $375 and receives 4 food choices.
