Whitley Penn is proud of audit partner John Vallance, for being selected to serve on the Board of Directors for Downtown Fort Worth, Inc.

Vallance has more than 20 years of audit public accounting experience focused on public and private companies.  He has extensive experience advising clients on best practices in both accounting and operational matters as well as IFRS to U.S. GAAP conversions.  He focuses most of his attention in the following industries:  energy, distribution, manufacturing, non-profit, and real estate.  Vallance is the partner in charge of Whitley Penn’s Fort Worth Audit group and co-leader of Whitley Penn’s Fort Worth Energy Industry Group.  He was awarded “Who’s Who in Energy” by the Dallas Business Journal in 2014.  Vallance earned his BBA and MBA in accounting from The University of Texas in Arlington.
