Demerara - This Dallas-based apparel company will open its first Fort Worth location at 404 Houston Street in Sundance Square featuring women’s and men’s fashion apparel and accessories.

FunkyTown Donuts and Drafts - FunkyTown Donuts is anticipated to open this month in Sundance Square. The family owned bakery is dedicated to making handcrafted donuts with a funky twist. Their upcoming location at 132 E. Fourth Street will offer donuts, coffee, local beers, and wine.
