203 Café - The owners of Reata Restaurant have expanded their presence in Sundance Square by opening the 203 Café..png)
Located on the second floor of the Fire Station No. 1 building between the Wells Fargo and Bank of America towers, the café offers fast casual breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday, along with catering to downtown businesses.
Good Karma Cigar Lounge - This premium cigar store is located at 704 E Weatherford Street in a unique, historic Downtown home with an incredible lounge space and outdoor seating.
Vigor Active - Formerly known as Larry North, management of this Downtown gym has turned over to long time Larry North trainer, Stephen Newhart. The gym has remained open as they perform a few renovations and updates. A grand opening for Vigor Active will be held this Summer.
Willow House Boutique - This stylish boutique offers clothing, home-décor, gifts and specialty items at their new Sundance Square location. The 2,410 square-foot store is now open at 317 Houston Street.
