Realtors Complete Certified Urban Expert Course

Downtown Fort Worth Inc. and the Greater Fort Worth Association of REALTORS® partnered together to present the Certified Urban Expert Course on October 17 and 18. Thirty-eight realtors gathered at the GFWAR Auditorium for an all-day classroom format class that included Downtown property tours to sites such as the Omni Residences, Pecan Place, The Neil P., The Tower, Texas & Pacific Lofts, and Villa de Leon.

Realtors learned about the ins and outs of selling Downtown Fort Worth and the legalities involved in showing condos/townhomes in our center city. In addition to the 6 hours of MCE credit, attendees received a complete overview of the Downtown Life Story, with Downtown residents presenting testimonials of their living experience over the years, as well a statistical summary of office and employment, retail and hospitality, and the residential market in Downtown Fort Worth.
