WeWork, a global provider of innovative workspaces, will be coming to Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth next year with space in two buildings including the Commerce Building and at the corner of 4th and Main. Both buildings have direct views overlooking Sundance Square Plaza.

Founded in New York City in 2010 by Adam Neumann and Miguel McKelvey, WeWork currently has more than 335 physical locations in 83 cities and 24 countries around the world. Sundance Square offers more than four million square feet of office, retail, and residential leasing in 45 buildings with renewable energy provided by Green Mountain Energy. The 36-block development is estimated to avoid approximately 8.4 billion pounds of carbon dioxide (CO2) through 2023, which is the equivalent of planting more than seven million trees.
