The T is updating its service standards and would like your input at either of two public meetings that will be held at the Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) 1001 Jones Street on November 4 at noon and at 6:30 PM.

The T has a series of proposed service standards that will be used to guide our planning and improve the service we provide. They are goals the T works toward, and they also serve as guidelines to address service conditions that arise, which may require the Planning Department to make service changes in our operation. Our service standards cover things like on-time performance, the locations of bus shelters, bus frequency, accessibility and the number of passengers on each bus.
