— The Frisco Roughriders’ season opener is here. Thursday at Dr. Pepper Ballpark, see the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers open their 2015 season as they take on the Arkansas Travelers!
Thursday through Sunday, hear The Dallas Symphony Orchestra perform Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 4 at the Meyerson.
— Friday, head over to Six Flags Over Texas for the 47th Annual Family Night. Have fun and help out the great folks at Children’s Medical Center.
— Seven of the most incredible illusionists on earth come together in one show that will feature acts of grand illusion, levitation, mind-reading, and for the first time ever in history, a full view water torture escape. Experience the Illusionists Thursday through April 19 at Music Hall at Fair Park.
— The Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie is happening now through May 25. This weekend, see performers like Topsy Turvy – The Gypsy Jesters and Kamikaze Fireflies. The Guest artisan shoppe is Knick Knachronisms. And my fave — the daily wine tasting event which features the wines of Germany.
— You know it is spring when the Main Street Fort Worth Arts Fest comes around. Thursday through Sunday, check out the largest arts festival with more than 200 of the nation’s finest artists. Downtown Fort Worth will be filled with more than $4.6 million worth of art.
