SEE THE SIGHTS 

Stroll our city sidewalks and enjoy the sights! Many buildings will dress up in holiday style, and of course, you can't miss the Fort Worth Community Christmas Tree in Sundance Square Plaza. This year's 65-foot Norway Spruce evergreen has arrived from Michigan and is adorned with ornaments painted by local artists. 

Interact with the “Singing Trees” in Burnett Park

Experience this interactive light installation in Burnett Park! Lights in the trees illuminate and change colors as it reacts to nearby sounds. Make the trees "sing" with light as you sing, clap, talk, and play instruments. Come on down and let 'em hear you! Learn more here.

Join us for a free Cliburn in the Community performance
Due to current weather conditions, tonight's Cliburn in the Community, Polar Express concert under the Singing Trees in Burnett Park has been canceled.

Catch a movie under the stars (or in the theater)!

The Rooftop Cinema Club: Have you checked out Downtown's newest addition to the skyline!?! The Rooftop Cinema Club is now open at the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, featuring cocktails, games, food, and more, all while you catch a film under the stars! See their movie lineup here.

See a show at Bass Hall 

There are a number of performances happening at Bass Hall that are sure to get you in the holiday spirit. From Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra’s Home for the Holidays series to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: The Musical  – there will be a variety of holiday tunes for everybody to sing along to! Visions of sugar plums will be dancing in your head with 18 chances to catch Texas Ballet Theater’s The Nutcracker. If you are looking to shake up your holiday traditions, check out their Nutty Nutcracker for a zany twist on the classic performance. But, that’s not all! Experience the Holiday Punch Party at Circle Theatre 

December 10 

Celebrate and support this local theatre with a day of events on December 10! Throw on your best tacky holiday sweater (and win a prize!) and head to the theatre for a night of carnival games, giveaways, original live performances, and music you know and love. Learn more here. 

Catch Jubilee Theatre’s Take the Soul Train to Christmas

November 25 - December 23

Written by Ekundayo Bandele and directed by Jubilee’s Artistic Director, Wambui Richardson, Take the Soul Train to Christmas is a story of a grandfather's magic to take children through actual history via a “Soul Train.” Learn more here.
