Beginning Wednesday, January 7, 2026, water crews will conduct a fire hydrant leak repair at Summit Avenue and 10th Street. Two northbound lanes on Summit Avenue between Texas Street and 7th Street will be closed during repairs. Work is expected to be completed by the weekend.

All-Western Stock Show Parade returns to streets of Fort Worth

After three years, the All-Western Stock Show Parade returned to Fort Worth on Saturday. The tradition includes floats, marching bands, horseback riders and stage coaches. The parade was canceled last year because of strong winds. In 2021, the Stock Show was canceled because of COVID.
