Laissez les bon temps rouler! Bird Café on Sundance Square Plaza and Chef Brian Olenjack celebrate Mardi Gras on Fat Tuesday (February 25) with festive specials in addition to the full menu.
Inspired offerings include Red Beans and Rice with Smoked Sausage; Blackened Catfish with Rock Shrimp, Crawfish Rice and Butter Sauce; Smothered Creole Pork Loin, Andouille Creole Sauce and White Rice along with Dolce de Leche Bread Pudding and Lemon Meringue Parfaits for dessert ($7 - $21).
