Real estate investment and development company Blueprint Hospitality is slated to open the Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown this spring. The 14-story hotel will be operated by Remington Hospitality.

The hotel's mid-century interior melds European influences and preserved elements of the former Hotel Texas Annex building. The 188 guestrooms and suites will have complementary midcentury modernist design, floor-to-ceiling windows and views of historic downtown Fort Worth or the courtyard pool deck. The rooms will also include 55-inch or 65-inch LG hospitality televisions with access to Netflix, ScreenShare and Bluetooth Sound Sync, as well as an in-room coffee bar.

The hotel’s full-service restaurant, Bouvier Brasserie, blends Parisian style and Texas soul. The rooftop bar, The Annex, will have views of downtown Fort Worth and can be reserved for private events.

The downtown location is close to Trinity Park, Sundance Square and the Fort Worth Convention Center.
