Century Hall – This new wedding and event space at 901 Houston St. marries historic charm and industrial chic with exposed brick, century-old hardwood floors, and vintage tin ceilings. At 6,000 square feet, the new venue can hold up to 240 guests for weddings or corporate events.
Freshii – Located on the ground floor of The Tower at 354 W 5th St., Freshii is a health-casual restaurant that serves fresh food designed to energize people on the go. With a diverse and completely customizable menu of breakfast, soups, salads, wraps, bowls, burritos, and more, Freshii caters to every taste and dietary preference.

Buffalo Bros - This popular TCU-area restaurant is expanding with a second location coming to Sundance Square! The local sports bar will serve wings, pizza, and more at 415 Throckmorton St.
Demerara - This Dallas-based apparel company will open its first Fort Worth location at 404 Houston Street in Sundance Square featuring women’s and men’s fashion apparel and accessories.
High Tower Café & Deli - This 3,174-square-foot restaurant to open in Burnett Plaza at 801 Cherry Street will serve a variety of healthier meal options including hot breakfast foods, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads.
Metroplex Medical Centre – Coming soon to Sundance Square, Metroplex Medical will offer same day appointments, walk-in emergencies, blood tests, x-rays, allergy testing, a full-service retail pharmacy, and dental services provided by Marie A. Holliday, DMD. The new medical center will be located on the first level of Garage 1 at 201 Commerce St.
