Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI) is pleased to invite you to submit proposals for Design-Build Services for the Lancaster Avenue-T & P Passage.

Downtown Fort Worth, Inc. (DFWI), in partnership with Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone District Eight (TIF 8) and the City of Fort Worth (CFW), invite interested firms to submit a proposal for landscape design, engineering and build services for pedestrian improvements along the Lancaster Avenue - T&P Passage located between Lancaster Avenue and the Fort Worth T&P Station.
