Beginning Wednesday, January 7, 2026, water crews will conduct a fire hydrant leak repair at Summit Avenue and 10th Street. Two northbound lanes on Summit Avenue between Texas Street and 7th Street will be closed during repairs. Work is expected to be completed by the weekend.

The Tarrant County Veterans Day Parade was in downtown Fort Worth on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018. The parade honored America’s military veterans as well as saluting the centennial of World War I and the establishment of Armistice Day.
