Bird Cafe Celebrates St. Patrick's Day with Festive Specials

Bird Café on Sundance Square Plaza and Chef Brian Olenjack celebrate St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) with festive specials served all-day in addition to the full menu.
Inspired offerings include Potato Leek Chowder; House-Made Corned Beef, Cabbage, Carrots and New Potatoes; Guinness Beef Stew; Dark Chocolate Guinness Cake with Bailey Cream Cheese Icing and Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding ($8-$22).
Pair with a hearty pint of local Lakewood Temptress or the Paddy O’ Pounder, a Mint Julep made with Matcha and Jameson, created Bird Cafe mixologist Matt Gutierrez just for St. Patrick’s Day.

Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 11am-10pm, Friday 11am-midnight, Saturday 10am-midnight and Sunday 10am-10pm. Saturday and Sunday brunch is offered 10am-3pm.
