Buffalo Bros - This popular TCU-area restaurant has expanded, opening a new eatery in Sundance Square! The local sports bar boasts walls of TVs for game days while you enjoy wings, pizza, and more at 415 Throckmorton St.

CommonGrounds Workplace – This new co-working space has opened on the ground floor of the parking garage at 600 Houston Street. CommonGrounds Workplace offers flexible, scalable, and modern work environments, helping support small and large businesses for the short or long term.

High Tower Café – Now open inside the Burnett Plaza office tower, High Tower Café serves a great variety of sandwiches, salads, breakfast options, and more to fuel your work day.

COMING SOON

CityCentral - This coworking office concept will soon take over a 22,530-square-foot space at Cantey Hanger Plaza. Offering more than 70 private offices, as well as meeting rooms and event spaces, CityCentral is scheduled to open this fall.

Demerara - This Dallas-based apparel company will open its first Fort Worth location at 404 Houston Street in Sundance Square featuring women’s and men’s fashion apparel and accessories.

Melt Ice Creams - Grand opening: September 14! This Fort Worth favorite is expanding in Sundance Square with the opening of a 550-square-foot storefront at 308 Houston Street. Currently, MELT has a cart in Sundance Square Plaza which will remain a fixture for guests who have come to enjoy the delicious treat.

Neighbor’s House Grocery - A new grocery store is the first of several street-level retail outlets planned for the First on 7th redevelopment project underway at 500 West 7th Street. In addition to standard grocery fare, Neighbor’s House Grocery will feature a café and juice bar, fresh produce and a wide selection of wines.

Oven and Cellar - The family-style Italian restaurant will feature finer pizza and pasta on the ground floor of City Place at 150 Throckmorton St. 

Wicked Butcher - A modern steakhouse is opening on the ground floor of The Sinclair, Autograph Collection hotel expected to open this fall at 512 Main St. Their culinary team will oversee all food beverage service for the hotel, including the open-concept rooftop bar.

Toro Toro Pan Latin Steakhouse and Lounge – A new Toro Toro steakhouse will replace the Worthington Rennaissance Hotel's dining room this fall as part of an $8 million remodel. Inspired by the art and tradition of Latin American barbecue, Toro Toro's menu featuring charcoal- and wood-grilled steaks and seafood and small plates that include ceviche, tiraditos, empanadas, and skewered meats.

Ziva Nail Lounge – Ziva Nail Lounge will soon offer manicures, pedicures, eyebrow micro-blading, eyelash extensions, facials, tanning, full-body massages, waxing, and blowouts in their two-story shop at 408 Houston Street in Sundance Square.
