Branch & Bird, a 12th-floor office-tower restaurant with a scenic view of downtown Fort Worth, is remodeling into a dinner restaurant and bar. The restaurant in a bank tower, 640 Taylor St., is adding dining-room tables and booths to make indoor dining as pleasant as the outdoor patio, general manager Raymond De Armas said. Branch & Bird opened in 2017 with a beautiful view and a busy wine happy hour, but the dining room felt cold and institutional. “The renovations will definitely change that,” De Armas wrote in a message.
