Oktoberfest Fort Worth Kicks off Thursday

What: At Oktoberfest Fort Worth, you’ll experience authentic German food, music, dancing, games, shopping and biergartens. You can watch the fur fly at the Dachshund Dash, shop for clothing, treats and souvenirs in the Marktsraße or catch a thrill ride in the Midway. For bier lovers, Spaten and other delicious Fall and Oktoberfest biers will be on tap. Internationally known Polka and Oktoberfest performers will take the stage this year including Grammy nominated Alex Meixner Band, Chardon Polka Band, Das Ist Lustig, AlpenMusikanten, Walburg Boys, Auf Geht’s and more.
When: Thursday, September 23:

- City of Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker will tap the first keg at 7:30 p.m.
Friday, September 24:
- 5pm – 11pm
- Oktoberfest Fort Worth Non-Profit Olympics at 6:00 pm
Saturday, September 25:
- 11am – 12am
- Dachshund Dash at 1:00 pm
- Oktoberfest games/competitions from 3 pm – 7 pm
