Donation Needs for Local Shelters & Service Agencies

April 30,2020

Our local service providers have made some major operational shifts in order to continue to serve their communities safely. With these changes come additional needs for supplies and operation funds. Please see the lists of most-needed items below. Any form or amount of donation can make a difference.

Center for Transforming Lives

Currently, Center for Transforming Lives (CTL) has 20 women living in their downtown facility, and the downtown Child Care Center remains operational, serving children of essential workers. Additionally, CTL is supporting another 100 previously homeless families in scattered-site housing across Tarrant County. Most of these families are headed by a single mother and 60% of them are unemployed now, due to COVID.

Items needed:

  • Disinfecting products
  • Have clothes or household items to donate? The Resale Shop benefitting Center for Transforming Lives at 6500 Camp Bowie Blvd FW TX 76116 will be accepting contactless donations Tuesday - Saturday 11am until 4pm.

Monetary donations can be made to CTL here.
