Salata Salad Kitchen Extends Free Delivery

Salata Salad Kitchen is extending their offer for free delivery, fulfilled through DoorDash and has begun offering new takeout options at select locations.
In order to continue to provide a safe and sanitary source of healthy and convenient food, Salata is offering a meal kit that feeds four, a “farmer’s market” basket featuring fresh produce, chicken and bottles of signature dressings in the kits and as a la carte options. These options may be ordered via phone or in-store for takeaway at select Salata locations. The new takeout options will be available until further notice.
“We understand the enormous impact that COVID-19 has had on our communities and that access to fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins is just one of those impacts,” says Michelle Bythewood, Salata president. “These new takeout options make healthful food readily available, particularly for those vulnerable populations that cannot easily grocery shop. Additionally, we’ve extended our offer for free delivery through DoorDash to provide our neighbors with a safe way to access our offerings with contact-less delivery.”
As part of Salata’s normal food safety procedures, team members sanitize restaurant surfaces multiple times a day and use antimicrobial fruit and vegetable treatment which removes 99.9% of harmful pathogens, to thoroughly clean all fruits and vegetables that are not prewashed. Team members also always use gloves when preparing food, practice good hand hygiene and are mandated to stay home when sick.
Guests can place their orders at order.salata.com for contactless delivery through DoorDash.
Salata locations offering meal kits, dressings and produce include: Milam Tunnel, Pennzoil Place, Allen Center, Energy Corridor, Vintage Park, Park Row, Pearland East, Crossroads Plaza, Sawdust, College Station, Rosenberg, Beaumont, Baytown, Sugar Land, West Road, HBU, Coppell, Copley Center, Lexington Commons, Lake Charles, West Plano, Flower Mound, Peachtree Corners, Peachtree Center, Liberty Village, Sundance Square, Uptown, Shops at Legacy, Preston Center, Arlington, Addison, Southlake, Las Colinas, Grand Prairie, South Mansfield, Kingspointe, Quail Springs, Oak Grove, Bryant Square, Cherry and Frisco.
Salata locations offering meal kits and dressings only include: The Heights, River Oaks and West University.
