Vonlane Service Returns to Fort Worth

My hope is that you all continue to weather this global crisis in safety and good health. The entire Vonlane team offers our sincere condolences to any of you who have lost a loved one or friend during these difficult times. We are so grateful for the trust you place in us and always wish the best for you and your family.
Vonlane continues to be a great American comeback story. As you know, we paused operations in mid-April, and we’ve been on a roller coaster ride since our re-launch in June. One silver lining has been our ability to provide private, charter coach services for families seeking safe ways to travel out of state to beaches or mountains during this period.
Thankfully, our scheduled service business is growing and all of our key metric charts are pointing in the right direction! As such, we are strategically adding back departure times and routes based on current levels of demand. We’re already offering four departures a day, most days of the week, between Dallas & Austin and Houston & Dallas. Our Austin - Houston route currently offers two daily departures from each city to the other.
I am excited to announce that we will re-launch our San Antonio and Fort Worth service on a limited basis starting Friday, October 2nd. We will start with Friday and Sunday service between Houston & San Antonio and Fort Worth & Houston.
We will closely monitor demand and execute a plan to bring back Oklahoma City, daily service on all routes, and our robust pre-Covid schedule that you enjoyed in the past, as travel levels dictate. Fortunately, Vonlane was a healthy company going into the pandemic and continues today to have the ability to stay the course and slowly grow as your travel needs return.
I’m so proud of the work our team and passengers have done to keep each other safe. Our Covid-19 safety measures include:

  • Blocking all aisle seats to ensure you sit alone with, at most, 13 other passengers
  • Conducting pre-boarding, contactless fever scanning
  • Using Celeste’s Sani-Cide EX3 product to disinfect the interior of all motor coaches before every trip and the restroom after each use during a trip
  • Installing antimicrobial HVAC filters with over 99.95% effectiveness in eliminating viruses and bacteria
  • Employing masks for all crew members and strongly encouraging passengers to wear a mask at all times when not eating or drinking 

We feel confident that our policies are successful. Since our restart in June, we have not had a crew member confirmed as positive nor have we been contacted by a passenger to notify us of a positive test due to traveling aboard Vonlane. It certainly takes each person to stop the spread, and we’ve added options at every turn to do our part in this shared crisis.
