Aug. 26: Water main break on Jones Street at East 6th Street. An electrical contractor struck a 24-inch water main in Jones Street at East 6th Street Monday afternoon. Water crews completed the main break repair early this morning, and the line is back in service. Jones Street remains closed between East 6th and East 5th streets. East 6th Street is open at Jones Street. The street repair contractor will assess the situation this morning and determine the process for completing the repairs. Sundance Square & Artspace111 Consulting Present: T.I.M.E.: Temporal Integral Mural Exhibition Open Call

The T.I.M.E Project presents an opportunity for selected artists and artist teams to participate in an innovative mural exhibition in Sundance Square located in downtown Fort Worth, Texas. The appointed mural surface incorporates 2 warehouse buildings occupying 3 blocks in the East cluster of Sundance Square. Like a clock, there are 12 designated mural areas. Murals will eventually envelop both buildings as murals meet. There will be no linear end, and the goal of the project is for the works to feel fluid, connected, and organic. The murals will be painted one at a time in clockwise sequence, with an emphasis on artist collaboration. FREE TO APPLY.

  • First Round: September 24 – October 15, 2021
  • Deadline for First Round: October 15, 2021
  • First-round selected artists notified October 18, 2021
  • First selected artist to begin work on November 15, 2021 on first T.I.M.E. mural.
