Aloft Hotel - This modern hotel featuring 156 rooms and 24 suites located in the One City Place building is open for reservations. Their w xyz bar boasts a large seating area to accommodate both their guests and the public where groups can gather and even play a game of pool or giant jenga. 

Bank of America - Bank of America has opened their 4,000 square-foot financial center on the ground floor of Bank of America Tower in Sundance Square. Bank of America is one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving individual consumers, small and middle-market businesses and large corporations with a full range of banking, investing, asset management and other financial and risk management products and services. 

Cowtown Brewing Company - Check out what Cowtown Brewing Co is brewing up at 1301 E Belknap St! Enjoy craft beers and barbeque inside the air-conditioned taproom or on their expansive outdoor deck.

FunkyTown Donuts and Drafts - FunkyTown Donuts & Drafts is a family owned bakery dedicated to making handcrafted donuts with a funky twist – such as pairing one of their pastries with a local craft beer. Visit their new location in Sundance Square at 132 E. Fourth Street.

Guaranty Bank & Trust - Established in 1913, Guaranty Bank & Trust is one of the oldest and most respected banks in Texas. They believe smart banking is about investing in people, not just credit scores; succeeding with the community, not at its expense; and having a plan for your growth, not just their own. Their new location on the ground floor of the Historic Electric Building at 410 W 7th St. offers private banking, commercial banking, wealth management, and mortgage lending. 

UMB Bank - UMB Bank's newly remodeled 7,000-square feet space in the lobby of the 777 Main building. This new location includes services such as commercial banking, private banking, investment and wealth management, along with consumer banking services.

Amegy Bank - This Texas bank with $13 billion in assets and about 1,600 employees, is set to open its first Fort Worth office in Sundance Square. The bank will occupy 8,091 square feet of space in The Westbrook, a Class A office building located at 425 Houston St. Amegy Bank specializes in banking privately owned business of all sizes and public companies in all industries with additional expertise in real estate, energy and correspondent banking.

Ashim's Hibachi Grill - This fast-casual restaurant will soon feature Japanese Hibachi style cooking, sushi, and Thai rolled ice cream at 424 Taylor Street.

Buffalo Bros - This popular TCU-area restaurant is expanding with a second location coming to Sundance Square! The local sports bar will serve wings, pizza, and more at 415 Throckmorton St. starting early 2019.

Demerara - This Dallas-based apparel company will open its first Fort Worth location at 404 Houston Street in Sundance Square featuring women’s and men’s fashion apparel and accessories.

Ziva Nail Lounge - Opening Spring 2019, this salon will offer manicures, pedicures, eyebrow micro-blading, eyelash extensions, facials, tanning, full-body massages, waxing, and blowouts in Sundance Square.
