Fort Worth has lately been blessed with many new hotels, and there's a new one about to debut: Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown, a 14-story boutique hotel set to open downtown at 811 Commerce St. in spring 2024.

The hotel is an addition to Marriott Bonvoy, Marriott International in partnership with real estate investment and development company, Blueprint Hospitality, and operated by Remington Hospitality, which manages 132 hotels in 27 states and Washington, D.C., across 33 brands, including the DFW Airport Marriott, the Ashton Hotel in Fort Worth, and the Hilton Fort Worth.

“We are excited to bring this exceptional property to Fort Worth, a city known for its robust culture and warm hospitality,” says Blueprint Hospitality CEO Kunal Mody. “Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown reflects our dedication to creating distinctive spaces that elevate the guest experience and provide world-class hospitality service.”

The hotel will occupy the renowned former Hotel Texas Annex building, with 188 rooms and suites will boast complementary mid-century, modernist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and views of historic downtown Fort Worth or the courtyard pool deck.

The rooms will also include 55” LG or 65” LG hospitality TVs with access to Netflix, Wi-Fi, ScreenShare and Bluetooth Sound Sync, as well as an in-room coffee bar and additional amenities that create an immersive, personalized experience.

A full-service restaurant called Bouvier Brasserie will be open all day with coffee & breakfast, small plates, seasonal entrees, and a wine list. The name symbolizes the fusion of two cultures: the traditional French bistro and the rugged image of the Texas cowboy.

A rooftop bar called The Annex will offer cocktails and light bites with views of downtown Fort Worth. It will serve as a dynamic social venue, with weekly live music and events, and can be reserved for private events such as parties, company gatherings, and group outings.

A first floor marketplace/coffee bar called Le Méridien’s Hub will feature social seating and a library that transforms into ‘La Vie Rose + Petit Plates’, an evening program with cocktails and bites inspired by European classics.

Onsite amenities will include valet parking, fitness center and outdoor rooftop pool with views from the sixth floor, which will be available for private events. Eight meeting and wedding venues will include a ballroom and breakout rooms that utilize upscale, contemporary design and state-of-the-art technology for flexible layouts and customizable setups.
